1. Eligibility for Exchange & Return
- Item Purchased at full price qualify for a return (refund against store credit) or exchange if:
- Communicate within 10 days of receipt of the package
- The items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
2. How to Initiate an Exchange:

- Provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to exchange, and a brief reason for the exchange.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with further instructions.
3. Exchange Process:
- Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process the exchange.
- If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will provide you with alternatives of similar value.
4. Exchange Restrictions:
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, we will assist you in finding a suitable alternative or offer you Coupon Code.
- We do not offer refunds. Exchanges and Store Credit are the only method of resolving product-related issues.
5. Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Clearance Sale Items are not eligible for exchange.
- Customized or personalized items cannot be exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
6. Defective or Damaged Items:
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 1 days of delivery.
- We will arrange for the return of the defective or damaged item and provide you with a replacement once we receive the returned item.
7. Exchange Completion:
- Once the exchange is processed, we will provide you with tracking information for the replacement item(s).
- Any price difference between the returned item and the exchange item will be adjusted accordingly.
