Exchange Policy

IKICHIC.COM offers a simple and easy 10 days EXCHANGE policy to our customers. You can conveniently exchange any item within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Please do not accept any order if the seal is broken/unsealed/tampered with packaging at the time of delivery.

10 Days easy exchange available. Do not remove tags for easy return and exchange terms & condition apply.

The returned items will go through a quality check for further processing. This is subject to the return having met the following requirements:

  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  • They should be returned within 10 days from the delivery date.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective item, IKICHIC.COM should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We may request you to share a picture of the product packaging and the products highlighting the damaged area at support@ikichic.com
  • If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 24 hours after the return request is raised with the courier tracking information/receipt mailed at support@ikichic.com

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in any case.

A notification with the status of the return will be sent at the registered customer’s email within 24 working hours from the date of receiving the items.

The reverse pick-up facility is subjected to the courier partner’s service availability at a certain pin code. In case of a lack of service availability, the customer can self-ship the items to IKICHIC.COM.

This Return Policy applies to all items purchased directly from IKICHIC.COM (except for Sleepwear, Innerwear, Beachwear, Accessories, Beauty Products, Hygiene & Personal care products for hygiene reasons including any Freebie).
