3. Exchange Process:
- Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process the exchange.
- If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will provide you with alternatives of similar value.
4. Exchange Restrictions:
