Refund policy
IKICHIC.COM offers 7 days refund policy to our customers. We only provide a refund if you have received a damaged good from our side. ( Video proof is required to confirm the same.)
You can request for a refund on any item within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Please do not accept any order if the seal is broken/unsealed/tampered with packaging at the time of delivery.
7 Days easy refund available. Do not remove tags for easy return and exchange terms & condition apply.
The returned items will go through a quality check for refund processing. This is subject to the return having met the following requirements:
โข In case you receive a damaged/defective item, IKICHIC.COM should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 24 hours after the return request is raised with the courier tracking information/receipt mailed at support@ikichic.com
โข We would require a video of opening the sealed package and highlighting the damaged area of the goods at support@ikichic.com.
โข The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
โข The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
โข They should be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
A notification with the status of the refund will be sent at the registered customerโs email within 24 working hours from the date of receiving the items.
The reverse pick-up facility is subjected to the courier partnerโs service availability at a certain pin code. In case of a lack of service availability, the customer can self-ship the items to IKICHIC.COM.
