What are the refund options?

Yes, we have a full refund policy on all orders.
10 Days refund available. Do not remove tags for easy return and exchange terms & conditions apply.
Please do not accept any order if the seal is broken/unsealed/tampered with packaging at the time of delivery.

The returned items will go through a quality check for refund processing. This is subject to the return having met the following requirements:

• The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
• The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
• They should be returned within 10 days from the delivery date.
• In case you receive a damaged/defective item, IKICHIC.COM should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We may request you to share a picture of the product packaging and the products highlighting the damaged area at support@ikichic.com
• If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 24 hours after the return request is raised with the courier tracking information/receipt mailed to support@ikichic.com

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via mail. You will also be informed about the Approval or Rejection of your refund request. If approved, the Credit request will be processed within 10 working days after approval.
